“Our campus community prides itself on caring, and we need to live this value every day for ourselves and each other. Each of you contributes to our community and our students’ success, and I want you to know I care about you and deeply appreciate all that you do. Let’s make this year a time to reengage, find our passions, and make wellness a top priority for our Mean Green Family.” – President Neal Smatresk

Focusing on the physical, social, and mental wellbeing of our university community is a top priority this year. This website was created to bring together the many resources available to our community members to ensure students, faculty, and staff have convenient access to needed resources for themselves and to share with students or colleagues in need.

Now, more than ever, it is important to take time to care for yourselves and each other. Explore the resources available to you and make this year a time to reengage and be part of making wellness a top priority at UNT.

Wellness Advisory Board

The Wellness Advisory Board consists of wellness champions from across the university. The board will examine contemporary and emerging employee wellness topics in the context of UNT, bring wellness-related ideas forward, and help develop solutions for relevant and meaningful progress to advance overall employee wellbeing.
