Wellbeing @ Work

Wellbeing @ Work is a monthly campaign designed to meet faculty and staff where they are and provide support and resources for their wellbeing — mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, even financially. From virtual stretches to social walks, guided meditations, Zumba and more, check the calendar for Wellbeing @ Work activities. Wellbeing @ Work also includes webinars and articles faculty and staff can use as resources when it is convenient for them.

Each month a new theme is selected and that month's activities and events are associated with that theme. For example, in November, activities and events centered on showing gratitude and dealing with stress; December's guided meditation events were designed to help faculty and staff relax as they continued the stressful holiday season and January's events involved making a fresh start and financial wellbeing.

You can also find up-to-date wellbeing events and resources on the UNT System's Well-Being Calendar.
